Wow, do you realize this is basically a list of the 10 most controversial foods as far as their effects on health go? #10 isn’t even a food! Aside from #9, none of these items will harm your health when taken in moderation. In fact, some studies have even shown that caffeine has health benefits. Your list also doesn’t state what’s “bad” about some of these foods. For example, #2… so what if these nutrients are stripped out of it? Nobody is going to suffer from nutrient deficiency because they have refined grains in their diet. And #4, how significant is 750M pus cells anyway when compared to a liter of milk? And how does ingesting a minute amount of pus affect your health?

Our bodies take enough hits every day, especially the liver and pancreas, without us adding to it by making poor food choices.
Eating things like white bread on occasion or drinking a cup of coffee is not the end of the world. However, the cumlative effects on your body adds up.
The total quantity of toxins that people are exposed to daily in this country is alarming. Our livers can only do so much to neutralize toxins we take in. After a while, it gets exhausted.
It takes five to twenty years for cancer cells to grow into malignant lethal tumors. Why speed up that growth with even tiny amounts of toxic substances?
