Brady Thomas Eilers was born Thursday, March 29th, 2007 at Conway Regional Hospital. He is nine pounds and eleven ounces and twenty one inches long!
“He’s perfect,” said one of the nurses. “Ten fingers and ten toes.”
The mommy, Laura, is resting and is doing well too.

In 2002, the Journal of the American Medical Association published a study that recommended all adults should take nutritional supplements to help prevent chronic diseases. They concluded that people who did not get enough nutrition were at an increased risk of disease, including heart disease and cancer.
